HOME-C2P2 will be represented through 2 oral presentations at the 7th Maruzza International Congress on Paediatric Palliative Care, taking place 21–23 October in Rome. The 2 presentations explore complementary perspectives that are central to the HOME-C2P2 project: how care can be better supported at home, and how the experiences and needs of those involved in care can contribute to its development: "Mapping Stakeholder Perspectives on Home Monitoring in Paediatric Complex and Palliative Care" by Ana Paula Giordano from Value for Health CoLAB & "Adolescents’ Perspectives of Complex Chronic and Palliative Care across Home and Healthcare Settings" by Carolina Pedraza from Hospital Sant Joan de Déu Barcelona. Both communications highlight the importance of designing future models of Paediatric Complex Chronic and Palliative Care around the realities, needs and voices of children, adolescents, families and professionals.
